What is your capacity? Glass House has a max capacity of 60 people for a plated dinner or 125 for a standing style reception. With our reception style events, there will be a mix of seating and standing space.
What are my ceremony options? Ceremonies can be hosted indoors or outdoors at Glass House. Our indoor ceremonies are held in the main dining room and outdoor ceremonies are held on South Plaza, just a step outside our main dining room. If you have an outdoor ceremony, chairs do need to be rented from Peak Event Services. For indoor ceremonies, you are more than welcome to use our existing chairs. The main dining room has a max capacity of 60 people for a ceremony. If your guest count is over 60, guests have the option to stand around the room.
Can we have a tent outside? Tents can be rented for outdoor weddings to ensure that you have an outdoor ceremony rain or shine and/or for an outdoor cocktail hour.
Can we provide our own decorations? Of course! You are welcome to bring in your own decorations, such as a guest book, card box, favors, flowers, etc., as long as they are in their fully assembled state. Any decorations, flowers or personal belongings that are brought in do need to be taken with you at the conclusion of the event.
Do you provide table linens? We will provide you with black linens for any food or décor display tables. Additional linens can be rented from Peak Event services. Your event manager will assist you with sizes and placing the order.
Can we bring in outside food? You are welcome to bring in a cake or dessert as long as it comes from a store or bakery; otherwise, outside catering is not permitted.
What are your food package options? We have plated dinner and buffet packages included on our wedding menu. Our event manager can help with any menu questions that you may have to ensure you have the perfect menu for your special day.
Is there a food & beverage minimum? Yes. Food & beverage minimums depend on various factors. When you submit your inquiry, our event manager will determine your food & beverage minimum based on your event details.
How long can we rent the space for? Our max rental with a ceremony is 6 hours and without a ceremony is 5 hours. The latest end time for weddings is 11:00 PM.
Do you offer a day-of coordinator? We don't have an onsite day-of coordinator; however, you will have a Glass House manager day-of that is educated on all the details for your wedding. This manager will help with vendor load in, day of execution and keeping to the timeline for the wedding.
Can I work with outside vendors? We have a list of incredible vendors that we have worked with throughout the years and our event coordinator would be happy to connect you with them.
